Anyone had any experience using "Novabrik" on SIPs ? We want to use them on the entire house, but we are concerned about the weight of the bricks on the panels? We like the idea of the dead air space behind the brick, and their DIY installation.

I have never uses Novabrik on our panels but regular brick has been used with no problems. What is needed is for the engineers to review the total mass that will be applied and then we would adjust the gauge of steel studs in accordance. An example is, using 24 ga steel studs for stucco we may need to go to 20 ga studs for Novabrik. Send me a copy of your plans and I would be glad to price it out.

We are thinking about using Thermocore, but after reading in this forum, we are having second thoughts!!! Any suggestions??
