Any SIP builders use the Saylor Residential Construction costs manuals?  If so, how accurate is it? What do you add/subtract for SIP's?

I'm looking for a better way to quote jobs.

Thanks,
John

John,
Can't help with the Saylor manual.  However, if you are anywhere near Pennsylvania, check out Penn Lyon Homes.  They are a modular factory that will do SIPs construction.  Cost typically blows onsite SIPs away.  If not near PA, find a high quality modular company willing to give SIPs a try.  The combination of modular efficiency and SIP walls is hard to beat.
Good luck,
Ed
