We are about to start building a new house in Andover, MA. Approximately 2500 sq ft. We would like to use SIP and finish the house with stucco mixed with several rectangles of cedar boards. We saw a house finished this way in Ottawa, Canada. I am attaching a picture.

Since stucco is not very popular in New England I wonder if this is a good choice for SIP construction here. If we decide to go with stucco what would be the best way to install it and what type should we use (synthetic, cement based)? Any particular product recommendations?

I would also be very grateful for any recommendations for SIP and stucco contractors in our area.
