My family is going to be building a new home this spring in western NC (30 miles from Boone)

We have explored using ICF or Superior Walls for our walk out basement, and are now looking at stick built vs SIPs for the main and second floor.

Does anyone have experience building with SIPs in this area? Any recommendations for SIP brand?

Has anyone found a modular company willing to build with SIPs?

Any thoughts, ideas, information is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for those that have contacted me with ideas and offers to help. So far we are collecting some SIPs price quotes from MM&I, Eco-Panels, and Global Building Solutions. Does anyone else recommend a SIPs brand that is manufactured relatively close to the NC mountains?

Contact General Panel. They have a plant in Johnson City TN.
They can't be fifty miles from you.
