Looks good! Do I see some "beams" made out of strips of panel and 18 ga. steel, for example where the overhead door track is connected above?

What a great eye! yes because the pitch was so high  over the 12 x 14 ft. OH door, the installer needed a lower point to attach the track to, so we dug a 18" x 18 ft. drop out of the scrap pile capped it with 18 ga. steel track and created a panel beam to support the back end of the OH door track.

That was the only place a panel beam was used, the other ridge beam are the standard 6" w x 14" h steel box beams

The smaller 8 x 8 OH door track is attached to the bottom side of the 12" thick SIP floor skin , that floor panel clear spans 21 ft.

So whats up with the bottom stair landing clearance into the area underneath the loft? Looks a little tight.

Good observation, owner supplied stairs and we helped install, cut out in panel partition allows for code compliant landing at bottom and access from shop. I believe he is going to alter stair rail/post on last tread to allow easier access from lower room

Owner also fabricated his own steel frame walk in doors making a 6" throat in jamb to accomodate panel thickness

No drywall or siding , panel wall joints are simply caulked, roof joints are are taped with a white "perm-bond" pressure sensitive tape.

On the 7th day the owner locked his truck in building and already had several "Home Depot" type storage racks installed
