I am awaiting a few estimates for MgO sips. Since it seems to be a fairly new thing I am having a hard time getting a price estimates. Could someone tell me from experience what would be a fair price, per square foot, for : 6.5'' MgO sip and 8.25'' MgO sip (note : MgO board on both sides of sip).
I am all for embracing this technology and really want to build the best home that I can considering a certain price point. I do agree with most on this site sometimes to much money is spent on the finishes and not enough on structure, insulation, etc, since they are more permanent than perhaps a granite or quartz countertop (my wife however is not as easily convinced).
Thank you for your time regarding my question.

In what region are you located, and why are you considering MgO SIPs as opposed to other types of SIPs? |

I should of mentionned that information. I am located in Northern Ontario, Canada. I have looked into other types of sips in the past, but after seing the MgO sips they seemed like the progression of the technology. The MgO boards have a few advantages (considering this I understand that the new and better tech almost always comes with a price). The main reason fot this type of sip was that I want to use they for foundation walls. They also have good characteristics for finishes that the OSB sips do not have. Thank you |

we are preparing our case....June was when I put the deposit for the panels that where to finally leave your shop... I believe you said" Just a couple more adjustments" before they were cleared with our engineer....who to this date has not seen one structural drawing from you.... David Chaisson from 360 Cad Services, would be interested in talking to you again ... but I guess that was not you...he swears that he worked with you all through March and April and into May on trying to help you design panels for my house and I paid for that...hmmmm.... yes I did engage a lawyer to pursue you and my refund they are just going through all the emails now the case is pretty clear.... and that is all I am offering is emails. all our emails, that certainly shouldnt bother you if you have nothing to hide. what you did is wrong and I will certainly share my emails with anyone who is interested on my experence . |

Lady, i have to correct everything you say, first, M. Chiasson wasn't the drafter you work with in march and april, there was 2 other drafting enterprise who worked for you before, wich they then stop working for you or you fired them, this is not my business, lady you hire mechanical drafter to design your house, this wasn't the same field of expertise, i talked to every desigber you hire, to try to help you...without contract or order from you, you sent your confirmation of order and your axxount money around the 17 of june, not in march, neither in april or may, even if we helped you during that time, that did not meant we had a contract, you didn t have a working plan at that time. We still have the trusses you order in our yard wich we had to pay...for you and you still doesn't want to pay, even if we jhave a clear contract, you play with words, we give facts...by tha way...what do you mean by Mr chiasson want to talk to us,....do you mean we hire him, what do you mean...i talked to your engineer more than a month ago and he told me he wasn,t working for you at that time...where is the truth with you... Please lady talk to your lawyer, your lies will only open you for a diffamatory pursuit and you do not give a damn about that, i will sent your writing to Mr. Chiasson so he knows that you bring him into your diffamatory talk. I demand you to talk to your lawier and listen to him...he should be of good advice if you are able to listen to somebody |
