teartags, if you're still interviewing SIP suppliers and contractors, you might want to contact ACH Foam Technologies in Denver. They are an R-Control SIP manufacturer, and work with a number of builders in Colorado.
In any event, good luck with your project, whoever you decide to work with.
From what Denver R-Control told me in the past is that they only sell raw panels, no cutting openings and/or fabrication.
