My home has 4 1/2 SIP walls in the garage with a truss roof. Can a 4 1/2 SIP wall support a second story? If not. What would be easiest way to work with the existing SIP's to add enough load bearing structure to support a second story?

Generally yes, but you may have extenuating circumstances.
