Interesting concept. The trick will be how to make it weather tight without sealant at all the joints.

Gaskets can be used. I developed a totally demountable system that was used by various NGOs under the UN for distribution centers in disaster relief efforts overseas. The gaskets I used were from the mobile homes of old which they called "gimping" for all wall joints, this also aided in vibration reduction in the mobiles. Standard bolts where used with pockets cut out for access (in OSB) with sliding siding (metal for corners and joints).
