We are getting drawings done for our house using SIPs for walls and roof. The design is for a flat roof and I was planning on using an LB membrane as the roof covering. The house is in ME, and I was wondering if there are any recommendations for between the membrane and the roof SIP. Thanks very much.

What's a 'LB' membrane?

If you are using OSB faced SIPs in a flat roof condition, I would recommend a sacrificial layer of sheathing over the SIPs before the waterproof membrane.

Apologies, I meant to say IB roofing membrane - the 50 mil one. Thanks very much for the advice, any particular brand of sheathing?
