Yes, there is at least one company making a sip with concrete skins. I believe that I have seen more. Here is the link to the most well known company that has been producing this type of sip for a number of years:

My knowledge may be dated by now. I would expect to see some more of this type at the World of Concrete in Las Vegas in January 2012.
I have used SCIPS (shotcrete type) and I would prefer not to be on the crew next time. A lot of hard work for an academic like me.
