Not sure what "2 runs" means, except that it is probably a reference to some required volume output. I know nothing about SipsTech (Canadian equipment manufacturing company) other than what I read on their website, but if I were seriously in the market, I would talk to them. They have a "licensed" and "unlicensed" approach where you effectively either pay a licensing fee up front, or on a per square foot of production basis. But if they are to be believed, then the fact that they have third-party testing of their product, and the fact that they manufacture the equipment and specify the process, then the third-party testing also extends to their licensees.
