I have never used any of their products. I looked at their web site and could not find any references to any testing and or approvals other than a panel test done by an engineer hired by them which showed the panel failure at 660 lbs for a 4'x8'. I interpreted that as for the 4' width, not as per foot.
This is a direct quote off their web site: "A Sing home is the strongest, lightweight, energy efficient home in the world." No substantiation, no facts, no figures, no proof. A total pile of BS. Where is the FTC? Sounds like Nano paint! I would never use it for a home built for myself or a client.
I would be very interested to see more about using their panel for a carriage garage door. That looks to be possibly a good use. Depends on cost and transportation from Washington state to NC.
Please keep us posted on what you find out and how your design for a well insulated carriage garage door is coming along. I am looking to build the same (3 - 8'x7' doors).
