Got a house that has 4286 sf SIP walls, specified at 4.5" panels (3-5/8" EPS core, 7/16" OSB skins), with 2852 sf roof panels, specified at 7.25" panels (6-5/8" EPS, 7/16" skins). Roughing it out at $4/sf for the walls and $5/sf for the roof, package cost maybe $32K. Awaiting quote, but wondering if I am in ballpark.
