I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone on this forum that answered my questions about SIPS, ICF & Geothermal over the past 2 years! 

Back in August 2013, we broke ground on our new SIP house with geothermal HVAC.  I made several construction decisions based on advice/information I got on these forums.  We still haven't moved in yet, but we're in the final stages of construction (trim work/painting/siding/etc).  We hope to be moved in by the end of May.

I've been blogging the entire construction process, and I thought I'd share the site with you all.  The recent posts are mostly design/finishing fluff.  You'll probably be most interested in the early posts from last year.  They have all of the info on the SIPS/ICF/Geothermal.
