None that have been tested and approved. We don't mine Magnesium Oxide here in the USA, they have to mine it and import it from China. There was a US based company that imported that Mag Oxide and created the panels here in the USA but QC fell apart and they stopped making them.

You will mostly find Mag Oxide boards being used for backer boards for shower areas and the such. Using them as SIPs is very rare and the market isn't really calling for them. You can take the risk and get them from China but I wouldn't advise that. Who knows what they put in there? You might end up breathing poisons for the rest of the homes life or the boards can fall apart.

The two safe bets are Steel SIPs and OSB SIPs.

Looking for list of approved US SIP equipment manufacturers - single glue and roller press lines that would be applicable to mgo SIP applications 4x8 - 4x10 SIP press line.

Interested in fire/moisture/mold resistant technologies that mgo provides.

Thanks

As a trainer and consultant in the industry, I'm exposed to every imaginable type of manufacturing equipment. I routinely assist others in either buying or selling SIP related equipment.

I currently have:
2 hydraulic presses 4 x 15
1 adjustable pneumatic press 4 x 12 (Adjustable throat and fully factory reconditioned)
A complete fabrication line with cross cut saws, in-line saws, and foam routing stations for edge treating four sides. )This line accommodates four foot wide panels only)
1 factory reconditioned 54" wide glue roller applicator or lamination (two sides)
1 complete SIP facility with presses and lamination (bead application)

Some of the equipment is in my facility West of Washington DC and some is in storage three hours North. All sellers are motivated to move the equipment and I'm readily available to provide setup assistance. In addition, I routinely provide expert consultation in SIP manufacturing, Design assistance, and Installation. I can be contacted at the SIPschool dot ORG.
