Hello! I live in New Orleans. We are deciding between ICF and steel SIPS for the framing of our new home. We're in the architect hunting stage, so essentially the very beginning, but I definitely already know we don't want a stick framed house. We'll be building a rectangle shaped two story structure (double gallery essentially) - 80x23ft. What are your experiences with either framing materials? And does anyone know subcontractors that build these types of homes in Louisiana? In particular Steel SIPS - I have been able to develop a short list for ICF
