For years I have had a listing on GreenBuildingTalk and participated in the forums much longer. I have gotten a couple leads from posting, but not from the advertising listing and no jobs. Then Build Central came up with a lead program and offered to charge me additionally to provide me leads in my area. These customers might have otherwise contacted me through the listing. I cancelled the advertising listing. Has anyone else been disappointed with the advertising?

I occasionally am contacted through my postings, but find this site bears less fruit than others. I have been offered the lead program as well for what I percieved to be a fair monthly rate if the 3 leads used to lure me weren't from 3 seperate months.....the second time I was shown the same 3 leads (as apparently nothing new came in in the 30 or so days between offerings).

I've found the site to be "klunky" and unresponsive lately and mods. inaccessable in the last several inquiries here.
