How is HTML messgae editing fetaures "turned on" for this forum -- I cam across with the ICF Talk forum move. I have gone into 'preferences' and can see the editing thing -- just below 'Biography' but there appears no way to enable it. There is no editing when I post, so all paragraphs run together. I am using IE 7. Thanks!
