Just checking to see what time zone is used for forum time stamp. This is being posted @4:30 pm MST.

Even a retired engineer can build a house successfully w/ GBT help!

you will only see the time that you have your settings set to. even if the posters settings are different from yours.

Sure, but he noted what his time was when he posted, and I noted the time that was indicated on my end when it posted. He can now guess the different time zones.

something is wacked on this forum. i just double checked, and my settings are set to eastern time but it is an hour ahead.

I thought I had my preferences set for Mountain time but the time stamps weren't right. That's why I posted the test msg. I just now double checked and I do indeed have my preference set for Mountain time, but all the times are ahead by one hour. The forum server must be running on Daylight time. I guess it'll be right in a few weeks, if nobody changes the server clock when DLST comes!!!
