what about 3/4 advantech over nordic type I joists spaced 16 o.c and 2" of concrete as finished floor? would tension rods instead of wire mesh help resist cracking? tubing radiant set how high in the concrete?

Crack barrier goes over the concrete like a rubber blanket decoupling concrete from mudset and finished floor.
