Or for those like us who have radiant throughout the entire single floor home we use the forced air heat in the fall to take the chill out of the house quickly. Radiant works great but takes too long when you need the temp brough up in a short period of time. Now if we would have turned on the radiant heat, it would have warmed up the house at night but during the day when the sun is out and the temp are still warmer the house tends to get too warn due to the still warm concrete radianting heat.
