4 trenches straight out ,300 foot long , 2 circuits in each trench , total of 8 circuits . 4800 ft of 3/4 piping , 214 ft of 1 1/4 header supply and return . System is piped in parallel. Headers are balanced headers from geothermal supply company . Circuits are piped in first out last in

so do you have 214 of header pipe each way for a total of 428 of 1.25 pipe?

what program are you using to calculate head loss?

No 107 each way , And I hooked up my pool pump and I'm getting air out now

Good to hear.    The WF pressure drop program says you need  32 GPM @ 71' of head.   Not  sure why the difference.

I think the air maybe out . Would you disconnect the second pump before you did your final check and added antifreeze

Once the air is out, one pump will do what you need.
