4 trenches straight out ,300 foot long , 2 circuits in each trench , total of 8 circuits . 4800 ft of 3/4 piping , 214 ft of 1 1/4 header supply and return . System is piped in parallel. Headers are balanced headers from geothermal supply company . Circuits are piped in first out last in

so do you have 214 of header pipe each way for a total of 428 of 1.25 pipe?
what program are you using to calculate head loss?

Good to hear. The WF pressure drop program says you need 32 GPM @ 71' of head. Not sure why the difference.

I think the air maybe out . Would you disconnect the second pump before you did your final check and added antifreeze

Once the air is out, one pump will do what you need.
