As a homeowner who used to own a high temp W-W Climatemaster (since replaced with a larger WF unit), I can tell you from experience that hydronic geothermal installations are a very specialized skill set...and my first installer, though they'd been in business over 50 years and claimed to be geo experts, totally botched our installation. There are a few threads that are a few years old where you can read all about my trials and tribulations.

Having said that, I don't think you're in as bad shape as I was. From all my research, I believe I know which company "is about 2 hours away" from you, and I would recommend having them come for a visit and offer their advice. There's nothing better than savvy "boots on the ground" to ensure that your next moves are the right one. PM me if you want to confirm their name.

And....I ended up with staple up under my kitchen, and the room is the warmest in the house now. Very comfortable! Today our temp is hovering between 3-6 degrees and our back up heat has not been on at all. It certainly will come on when it drops below -10 tonight, because we'll need ~150 degree water at that point with our drafty old Victorian to stay up to temp.
