I have 2" Foamular 250 running from the footing to the top of foundation. Not going to do radiant. Should I bevel it or just pour the slab up to the foam? Having the thermal break around most of the slab (except the door openings) might be nice. Comments?

Maybe consider using Helix Micro Rebar in the slab pour instead of traditional rebar - then that triangular part over the tapered foam thermal break will be sufficiently reinforced and tied into the slab not to break off?
