Actually, the only thing that really bothers me about ICF is termites. My forms sat on the ground too long, and I had minor termite damage on a number of forms. This area is extremely bad for termites, and I'll probably worry about them the rest of my days. They have two layers of waterproofing to get through, assuming they survive the treated soil, plus a barrier at the top of the wall, but still.... Other problems were contractor-related; not the fault of ICF, but rather that I had to rely on someone else rather than doing everything myself. His work was excellent, but I did a lot of waiting for him to squeeze me in.

If I had it to do over, I'd still go with ICF, though.

You can treat the EPS with borates.

nice house plan, But I would suggest creating pdf's, they will be easier for everyone to read.
