Chris,

I used a top secret NASA photography enhancement program to examine your photo and found no violations because if you look up next to the job shack I found the forman with an envelope handing it to an OSHA inspector.

Chris: I see 5.

(1) No handrail (over 10')

(2) Working plattform is less than 18".

(3) No toe rail.

(4) No solid surface.

(5) Your using Reechcraft.

Also, I think that Yes playing on his CD player should garner a significant penalty. Frank Zappa or Country Joe & the Fish is the only appropriate music when getting it out of the ground...

Well, I think that was more information than I needed and it caused problems of its own. Now that I added the toe rail, the hand rail ,and 2 more 2x6's to get the platform close to 18 inches wide it seems that all the extra weight has buckeled the lawn chairs I was using to raise the bottoms and get them level. It reminds me of the several times I almost fell of roofs when I stepped on my safty line and lost my footing. Most of it I can deal with , but I am using Reeechcraft. How serioius a violation is that exactly? Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah, the forum software is primitive and buggy.

Assuming your pics are elsewhere, the html is:
{img src="http://www.mysite.com/directory/picname.jpg" border="0"}

... except rather than braces around it, use less-than/greater-than.

Another good way to reduce jpeg file size is save the file with quality level set at about 60 - 80%, or 6 - 8 in some programs. This reduces the number of colors almost imperceptibly and keeps the resolution. If that doesn't bring it down to within the limit then resize to a lower dpi.
