The above channel is currently in a shutdown process.
They've done about all they're going to do (basically they've run out of sponsors and YouTube's not paying them anything anymore).
But they've done what you're looking to do.
An ICF foundation/garage, under a timberframe building with a SIPS skin.
They also do in-floor radiant install for the garage and WarmBoard for the first floor.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AS A MODEL!
They've made some HUGE, GLARINGLY BAD DIY'er errors and don't seem inclined to fix them (mainly because they're working on it on an "as we have the cash" basis).
Also, they're up in Bumsville Idaho where there are few-to-no building codes.
However, to be fair, they're currently only heating the whole building with a simple shop heater down in the garage area.
But the playlists give you a decent sense of what you've got ahead of you.

Dumb question. Are you actually looking for an ICF BASEMENT? Or are you just looking for a concrete pad on a foundation?
If the latter, look at insulated concrete raft.
