Yeah, It needs a little thought to consider how to break the floor from the wall. What I'm more concerned with is the off center loading of the wall. Normally, you would have the full load of the house centered over the icf wall and footing. Than the brick out on the the brickledge would not be as much concern. Now you have no weight (between posts) on the wall but are cantilevering the sips out in space. This would want to rotate the top of the wall out of plane to the outside and the middle of the 9' high wall would react to the inside. Pinning the joist to the wall might help but it really needs to be engineered. This is why it is often done with pilasters. The link I sent was just to give you and idea of how it is done. You would not need near as much design.

I've got the same detail issues and wonder if you came up with any further solutions. As opposed tothe Hambro system I plan on using a 6" slab with 3" deck on beams.

I wouldn't pretend to know anything about the engineering, but steel SIPs are a lot lighter than OSB SIPs. Just saying.
