I've left you in suspense long enough. The most expensive part of the job was shoring the walls of the excavation. OSHA requires any trench more than 5' deep to be shored. With crappy clay, loam soil there was never a question about doing this. You would have to be really stupid to have people working in the trench without it.

U can put a larger pipe in icf wall and then run whatever pipe through it
.. it’s even a code. A pipe should go through a larger pipe. And u can service it all day long any time 5 10 20 Year’s later
.. u less u have a creek of some sort or constant water flowing or for
Ulating. No water will ever penetrate an opening of any kind at mid point. Water looks for easy path and will seep down to the footer where u got drainage and take it away

I'm a water proofing company president.

When the correct sealing of foundation is applied which is critical as well as drainage dimple membrane such as delta me is applied these areas will or should be addressed. Please be careful as I have encountered several ICF leaders and have had to repair afterwards. It can be done however.
