1. Was the mastic applied on the entire surface of the TPO or just at edges and some locations?
2. Is there anything on top of the TPO? If so, what?
3. Is the SIP tape on the interior or exterior joints of the roof panels?
4. Can you provide pictures of the installation and problem areas?
5. Please describe the lowest edge of the roof, how it is installed, how drainage is provided, flashing used etc.
6. Hate to ask this... Are you certain the seams of the TPO overlap in the downhill direction? i.e. higher TPO overlapped on top of the lower TPO?
