jonr,

You won't see many SIPs, if any, on the market with different skin materials on each side of a single panel. It creates stability problems (bowing) due to the materials having different thermal expansion coefficients.

The house was completed earlier this year. The owners stayed true to my design, with just a few interpretations.

I assume they used steel SIPs on the roof also and finished it with a standing seam metal roof, correct?

Do you have any close-up shots of the home, to see some of the detail work?

What happens when you have the same material on each side but with significantly different temperatures? Like inside and outside of a roof?
