Can anyone recommend a double front door with no storm doors in zone 5? Looking for highest possible r value.

Have you looked at Intus?  Thaey are drop dead gorgeous. And Passiv haus quality.

We chose Intus windows too, still happy with the decision. They have passive house suitable and certified windows so you might want to take a look at it.
