Did you look up Perma-Form or Permaform?  That hyphen makes a big difference b/c you end up getting some PVC concrete thing that shows how they built a pig pen!!! perma-form.com
The one or two contractors that I talked to use icynene in combo w/ it (attic/roof)

Huge wasn't it?  But not exactly the product I was researching :-)
Did you find the other one? Perma-Form Components. If so, have you or anyone you know of ever worked with it?
