I want to put a small, two level addition on my house. I'd like to get some prices for doing it with ICF. One question, can basement and upper floor be poured at the same time?

I would like to bid on your job. 15years of experience with ICF ready to travel from NC Not recomend to pour more than one level at a time. Bracing is very dificult if you exede 16' much better job if is poor two times. Any questions ask me direct. My email is: [email protected]

Thanks, Chris.

Yes I do install Icf foundations in MD. Where about will your project be located...Maryland, though a small state covers quite a bit of area.

I also have no issues with working additions to residences...a lot of contractors look to new construction only.

The site is in Mount Airy MD 21771. That's exit 68 on I-70 between Baltimore and Frederick.

Mt. Airy is local to me, I am in Montgomery County.

Do you have plans you could send me PDF? I can take a look and then we can set up a meeting.

Did you get the PM I sent? It has my email contact.....I don't want to post it here....the spammers grab it and flood my inbox.
