After lots of blower-door tests of new homes--wood-framed, SIP, ICF, steel-framed--I find that sealing mud sills and rims is the weakest link in all types of housing (ICF walls excluded). How do you regularly seal your rims and have you tested them with blower doors to check how well it worked?
