In attempting to find manufacturers of steel sips on the web, which is not as simple as it sounds,  I keep finding suppliers of a panel with steel studs and exposed eps.  Kama is one.  Are these products inferior to a sandwich steel sip?  Why?  Does anyone have experience with these products?

The closest steel sip manufacturer to Colorado that I can find is in Texas.  Anyone closer?  Does long distance shipping make the product too expensive?

Thanks,  John

John;

Most true steel skin sips mfg. seem to be in the southeast US They are

Structall

Elite

ACTech

Metals USA " SIPbLOC"

Aluma Shield

Coldmatic ( canada)

and at the risk of being totally selfish and self serving we buy our panels -  "Shadowline" steel Sips thru LINK who does not have any tech data on their web  site but would be happy to forward to you by contacting at LINK

What's interesting is that you appear to be a parasite. AOL.com is not affiliated with 'SipSupply.com', yet you endlessly push someone else's product(SipDepot). Also interesting is that there is no technical information on their website, but you are happy to provide it(and promote it, and apparently, sell it). If you are affiliated with 'SipSupply', why doesn't your domain name reflect that fact?

Enquiring minds and all of that...

If you're not building with OSB SIPS(or ICF's), why are you building?
