do a load estimate to calculate the avg amt of watts you're looking to generate, analyze your budget for your future system and check to see if you have a good solar window in the area you wish to install the system. Off grid or on? You're looking at solar panels, charge controller, inverters, batteries, cables, etc Good luck!
