Could somebody please inform me on how a SIP built house is sealed between the basement and main floor.  I am in the process of designing a house, I would like to use SIP and likely ICF for the basement, but I have no idea on how to seal between floors.  I mean what would be the point of building with SIPs if you have airflow coming in from your basement.  If somebody with personal experience could walk me through the steps for building and SIP house with ICFs it would be greatly appreciated.  Also what do you use for wrapping the house, Tvek, felt paper? what is the best option for siding, shingles, I honestly have no idea and would love some insight as to all the best options.  I live in Manitoba Canada which has some of the most diverse climate in the world.  +50 in summer,     -50 in the winter, really good soil and amazind hydro prices.
Thank you
