| You need to take that up with your plumber or the local plumbing inspectors. Different locations will have dfferent code requirements. Also, there are several variables to consider, septic or sewer, public water or well, walkout or full inground basement, etc. Once locations have been determined, install any needed pipe sleeves before installing concrete, its much easier than drilling. |
