I am looking for some developers who own land that has all infrastructure in, but can't sell lots and can't find builders.

I want to talk about teaming up on a green community project. I can get the financing.

Just thought I would put it out there in the forum. Thanx

I know a developer in Minnesota who has about 33 lots with all the infrastructure in. It is very nicely wooded and is minutes from the twin cities. If the area works for you, you will not find nicer property. I beleive they even have set aside some acreage as a preserve. This is not my property. Leave me some info and I will get you contact info or contact me and I can give it to you. 715-760-2364
