Trailers we have for sale:
We offer a custom designed flatbed trailer, 24.5’ by 8.5’ for hauling up to twelve 9’- tall skids of 49” by 49” bundles of factory-wrapped Polysteel forms. The deck is covered with rollers to facilitate easy loading and unloading. A custom-made tarp on top keeps the forms secured within the 9’-tall aluminum side gates. The tailgate lowers like a drawbridge and we have included a power winch to make that task effortless. As the roller deck needs replacing, we have purchased steel pallet-flow rails, which are very heavy duty, which the buyer can install to custom fit their pallet or skid stock. We’ve installed a pair of steel beams under the aluminum deck and frame and have added heavier tandem axles with electric brakes, so we don’t have to worry about busting the loaded trailer apart when we hit a pothole on the freeway at 70 mph! http://www.flickr.com/gp/25468307@N07/20Zmj2
The other trailer that we are offering is an enclosed trailer, 15.5’ by 6’ with heavy tandem axles and hydraulic brakes. This trailer has full gate doors on the rear and a side door. We have installed heavy steel-framed containers with expanded steel mesh sides, to hold the braces for our Panel Jack bracing system. These keep the heavy braces secure and balanced over the axles. There is plenty of storage between the containers for the channelbacks, and lots of room in front and behind to hold the platform brackets, guard rails, buckets of pins, other accessories and other materials.
