I have 3.5 acres with a 4,000 square foot metal building that will be sold at auction on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 1877 Old Garner Road, Weatherford, TX 76088.  Included in the auction, (but not part of the land and building), are 300 10" x 15" x 120" Rastra blocks.  If you are not familiar with this product, check out www.rastra.com.  You can see pictures at the auctioneer's website, www.ransberger.com

Two-hundred, fourty-three blocks are stacked in bundles three across and either four or five high.  Each stack you see in the pictures has 27 blocks.  Some blocks and stacked but no longer in bundles.  The retail price on these is $53 per block, about $15,900 if you were to purchase from the factory.  But this is an auction and there is no reserve.  It goes to the highest bidder, period.   Someone is going to get a deal!

Absentee bidders can place their bids by phone with the auctioneer.  They can call you when the bidding starts on the blocks if you have made arrangements ahead of time.  Google Ransberger Family Antiques and Auctions or their website www.ransberger.com.

The purchaser has two weeks to remove the blocks.

If you have any questions, I can be reached at 817-319-2490.

Thanks, Jeff
