Anybody see any reason why my clever handyman couldn't build a simple bathroom soaking tub out of ICF's which I would then tile?

What floor is this "Soaking Tub located? Concrete slab, wooden sub floor, etc.
What is underneath the tub? Maybe a bit of an overkill, but doable.
