I'm just starting building a 1600 sq ft SIPs home in E. Washington.  6" walls with truss roof.
I intend to "air seal" the attic area with 2" of sprayed in polyurethane foam and top that with R45 of cellulose.
By design there is a bunch of recessed can lights.
Do you think that the normal IC (insulation contact) fixtures will be OK in this application?  I'm assuming that someone manufactures these fixtures for use with some type of CF bulb.
Thanks in advance

I wouldn't risk it. I would use ICAT (Insulation-Contact-Air-Tight). And, they make them for a variety of bulb types.

Good Luck!

If you're not building with OSB SIPS(or ICF's), why are you building?
