my the cement guys were walking all over my pex while pouring cement...even carting the wheel borrow over it...i told them to be careful and they told me that there was nothing to worry about...but if it turns out i have a leak....i have no recourse....so my question is....what are the odds that my pex has been damaged by less-than-careful cement work...? and...how will i know if i do have a leak under 6 inches of cement? thanks

John,
"but if it turns out i have a leak"
Did you have pressure test on the Pex during the pour?
Most contractors will pressure up the system and keep a guage on it during the slab pour and after.
If the Pex was not centered in the concrete and lays closer to the bottom of the slab, you may never locate a leak. The moisture will always take the path of least resistance and may never surface.

John,
Go ahead and put a low pressure test on each loop and see what you get.
You may get lucky!
