I had a Water Furnace 3 ton Envision unit installed in my new ICF house. It was turned on last week and is working great. However I have noticed that the HDPE lines coming in to the top of the pump unit seem to sweat under the insulation enough to keep water pooled on top of the pump and even some on the floor. Since I'm fairly new to the geo world, I am wandering if this is normal or indicates a problem that the installer needs to check on. Greg

Hi Greg,
This is not normal. Sounds like maybe the wrong type of insulation was used.
