GeoTemp Services, LLC:

Have you installed the EarthLinked brand and had bad experiences? If so, what went wrong?

Please stop saying that DX doesn't work. There are a few brands that I would say do not work, but EarthLinked DX definitely DOES work.

If I install a Hydron unit, and incorrectly install the ground loop, can I blame the problem on the Hydron unit? Can I claim that the water based geothermal systems don't work? If I get a lemon of a water source system (i.e. GeoFurnace)--one that fails miserably--should I claim that all geothermal systems don't work? Of course not. It would be ludicrous, absurd, and even stupid. The EarthLinked DX system works great. How many times do I need to prove that? Should I have you call our more than 100 owners of it in my area?

Furthermore, if I install an unproven DX system (in my opinion, Earth to Air) and can't seem to make it work, should I be able to claim that all DX systems don't work? Of course not. I'd have to be stupid.
