Looking for advice on GSHP for a new church building to be designed & built soon in north frederick county MD. Building size is 120' x 60', preengineered steel building, single story on slab.

I don't know if Silver Spring is close to you, but, if so, you may want to take a look at this person's GSHP installation: http://www.217.done-that.com/ , and inquire about the HVAC firm that did the geothermal work. The residence has a 6 ton WaterFurnace unit. The name of the HVAC firm is noted within the web site. WEL data for this residence is also available on-line, at http://welserver.com/WEL0036/ . Since I posted I have found a few, but none have replied back to me so far.
