I've installed a pair of 8' high pocket doors.  They ride on Hafele hardware.  One of the doors ( they're both 2'-6" wide ) has developed quite a bend so that when they come together the bowed door sticks out about 3/4" at chest height.  Any advice as to how to fix this problem?  Also, what is the best way to keep the doors together and flush when they're closed?  Any help would be appreciated.

OK,
this may sound a liittle like voodoo, but I once had a friend who took a bowed door and laid it outside in the bright sunlight on a hot summer day. After several hours the bow was gone. I can't say it work for you, but if nothing else helps, it could be worth a try.
You should be able to find hardware from several different mfg designed for pocket doors.

RoadMike,

Wes's suggestion will likely work.  Put the concave side down on the grass and the convex side up to the sun.  Moisture in the ground will slowly absorb in the underside and that surface will expand -- which will tend to straighten it out.  But you need to walk three times around the door while chanting before you leave it.  Be sure to check it regularly -- don't go off to work and come home to find it bent the other way.

Is there a difference in the humidity level in the two rooms that the doors divide?  For example, is one a bathroom?  Balancing the humidity on both sides of the doors might help prevent the bow from returning.

Sorry Larry,
I did forget to mention the three circles while chanting.

Roadmike,
When you have the doors straight, make sure that the tops and bottoms of the doors are sealed, painted.
This is recommended by the manufacturer to prevent warping.
